Offload the work
slowing your
business down.

We build practical systems that save time, reduce manual work, and help businesses operate better—from simple CRMs and process automation to custom tools and AI implementation.

A new request comes in. Then what?

Capture & organize

Bring requests, leads, or data into one clear workflow.

Trigger the next step

Apply your rules, update the right records, and assign work.

Keep everything in sync

Send follow-ups, update systems, and surface exceptions.

Your team handles the work that actually needs a person.

01 / What Offload can build

Useful systems.
Built around your business.

You don’t need to arrive with a technical spec. Start with the work that feels slow, messy, repetitive, or harder than it should be.

Process automation

Take repetitive, rules-based work off your team’s plate and keep handoffs moving automatically.

  • Intake, routing & follow-ups
  • Email, file & data workflows
  • Recurring reports & reminders

Simple CRM & business systems

Replace scattered spreadsheets and inbox tracking with lightweight systems built for the way your team works.

  • Lead & customer pipelines
  • Onboarding, task & status tracking
  • Dashboards, forms & lightweight databases

AI implementation

Use AI where it can improve a workflow, with the right controls and human review around it.

  • AI assistants, drafting & classification
  • Document & unstructured-data workflows
  • Knowledge search & workflow copilots

Websites & landing pages

Build a clean, responsive web presence that makes your business easy to understand, trust, and contact.

  • Marketing sites & landing pages
  • Responsive design & content structure
  • Forms, integrations & basic analytics

Good first projects

You probably already have one.

Look for the work your team repeats every week, the spreadsheet everyone depends on, or the handoff that keeps falling through the cracks.

01Lead & customer tracking

A simple CRM that fits your actual sales process.

02Client onboarding

Forms, document collection, reminders, tasks, and status updates.

03Automated reporting

Pull data together and deliver recurring reports without manual prep.

04AI document processing

Extract, classify, summarize, or review information with guardrails.

05Inbox & support triage

Sort incoming requests, draft responses, and route the right work.

06Systems that talk to each other

Keep customer, task, file, and reporting data in sync across your tools.

02 / Selected work

A look at what
we’ve built.

Selected projects that turned manual work, disconnected tools, and new ideas into practical solutions.

03 / About Offload

Business experience behind the build.

Joseph Shkolnikov, founder of Offload

We built Offload around a simple idea: start with the business problem, not the tool. Our founder, Joe, spent about five years inside operating teams before moving deeper into product and automation.

Across that work, we kept seeing the same bottlenecks: manual data entry, scattered information, repetitive reviews, status chasing, and systems that don’t talk to each other.

That’s what Offload is for. Understand the process, build the smallest useful solution, and make sure it actually works for the people using it.

04 / Working together

Start with the bottleneck.
Build from there.

A focused project, a clear business outcome, and direct collaboration from discovery through implementation.

01 / Understand

Map the real workflow.

We look at how the work gets done today, where time goes, and what a meaningful improvement would look like.

02 / Build

Make it useful, early.

We build a focused first version, test it against representative examples, and work through the edge cases with you.

03 / Put it to work

Make the handoff count.

We refine it with your team, document how it works, and agree on what support or further improvements you need.

A few things you might ask.

Do we need to know exactly what to build?

No. Start with the task that takes too long, the data you keep re-entering, or the process that keeps breaking. We can work out whether automation is a good fit and what a useful first project would be.

Can you work with the tools we already use?

That’s the starting point. We assess your existing tools, available APIs, and data access before proposing an approach. The right solution depends on what your systems support and how your team works.

Can you help us figure out where AI actually makes sense?

Yes. AI is useful for some problems and unnecessary for others. We can map the workflow, identify where AI adds real value, and separate those opportunities from work that is better handled with straightforward automation or software.

How do pricing and timing work?

We define the workflow, deliverables, and constraints first. From there, we can propose a project scope and estimate. A focused starting point helps keep the work practical and the outcome clear.

05 / Let’s make work easier

What should your team
stop doing manually?

Tell us what is slow, repetitive, hard to track, or stuck between systems. We’ll help turn it into a practical first project.

You’ll review and send it in your email app. Nothing is submitted here.
